The role
At Cummins Europe in Dordrecht I coordinate technical project execution and supply chain for data center customers across Europe. The job is to make sure technical teams and business stakeholders are working from the same plan, and that the plan holds up financially.
The projects
The projects supply generators to data centers in countries across Europe, owned by big tech companies such as Google and Microsoft.
What I do
- Run end-to-end program execution and roadmapping across departments
- Bring stakeholders into agreement on schedules and milestones, so projects land on time
- Forecast revenue and evaluate cost variances, then use them to set priorities and protect profit margins
- Act as the central point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders
Highlight: automated financial reporting
To improve project efficiency, I introduced automated financial reporting in MOVEX ERP across departments. It significantly cut the administrative time spent on status reporting.
